You’ve said that Universal Orlando does not have as many staff photographers in their parks as does Disney in theirs. However, will there likely be photographers at the Bruce the Shark photo op? What other places can we typically expect to find photographers?
Thanks and still loving this great site!!

Excellent questions…
Generally speaking, Universal Orlando photographers are located just inside the turnstiles at the parks and at the more popular character meet-and-greets such as Spider-Man, SpongeBob SquarePants, The Simpsons, Scooby & Shaggy, and now Transformers.
With the occasional exception of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, what you don’t typically find are photographers stationed around the scenic area of the parks. Unfortunately, this includes Bruce the Shark from the old JAWS attraction — I’ve never seen a Universal photographer there since the prop got its new home next to Che’z Alcatraz.
That’s why, if photos are important to you, you’ll need to consider Universal Photo Connect as a supplement to your own photos, not as an alternative.
Oh, one more spot: Usually in the morning there are also photographers stationed outside the theme parks so you can get a photo of your family in front of the Universal globe or Islands of Adventure lighthouse.
