We ordered the school bread last Sunday.  Uh, they've changed the flour or recipe used in the "bread" part.  Before it was like a puff pastry similar to the one used in cream puffs.  This time whole wheat flour had been used, tough, very dense and dry.  Also, there was little filling in the pastry.  I'd sure like to know why the change.  Probably to make they "healthier", but in this case, it doesn't work.  Next time I'll ask the person behind the counter for a preview or sample before I spend the money, because the price has also gone up.

I've been to Epcot sooooooo many times but we've never eaten in Norway.  However, School Bread reminds me of the German cream puffs served at Schmidt's in German Village in Columbus, Ohio.  Ooooooo, so good, so it looks like the next time we're in Epcot  I know what I'LL be getting!!  Thanks for sharing.

There's a bunch of great stuff in that little counter-service restaurant. Even if you don't want sweets, it is definitely worth stopping in.
